A. Analysis of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Implementation In The Academic Business Unit (SUA)

Abstract

The Bening Academic Business Unit (SUA) needs to improve food safety because people prefer packaged drinking water products that are of good quality and meet the requirements. To support this, SUA Bening as an AMDK producer must be able to apply the applicable GMP guidelines for the industry. In addition, SUA Bening requires a GMP certificate in applying for SNI AMDK. The implementation of GMP in SUA Bening is already 85.5% in accordance with the guidelines listed in PERMENPERIN no. 75 of 2010 concerning Guidelines for Good Processed Food Production. Satuan Usaha Akademik (SUA) Bening perlu meningkatkan keamanan pangan karena masyarakat lebih memilih produk air minum dalam kemasan yang berkualitas baik dan memenuhi persyaratan. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut, SUA Bening sebagai produsen AMDK harus menerapkan GMP yang berlaku untuk industri tersebut. Selain itu, SUA Bening memerlukan sertifikat GMP dalam mengajukan permohonan SNI AMDK. Penerapan GMP pada SUA Bening sudah 85.5% sesuai dengan pedoman yang tercantum pada PERMENPERIN no.75 tahun 2010 tentang Pedoman Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik.
