dc.description.abstractSatuan Usaha Akademik (SUA) Bening merupakan perusahaan penyedia air minum di bawah Departemen TIN IPB. Peningkatan kapasitas produksi dapat menjadi jalan untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan tersebut. Peningkatan kapasitas produksi dapat dilakukan dengan penyesuaian kapasitas dan spesifikasi mesin, peralatan, tata letak dan bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan memformulasikan rekomendasi untuk menyesuaikan spesifikasi mesin/peralatan, serta tata letak pabrik, sehingga SUA Bening dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi. Perancangan berupa pengembangan mesin, peralatan, dan tata letak pabrik. Analisis dilakukan berdasarkan pada Permenperin No. 26 Tahun 2019 tentang Standar Nasional Indonesia Air Mineral, Air Demineral, Air Mineral Alami, dan Air Minum Embun Secara Wajib. Hasil checklist parameter pengendalian produksi air mineral menunjukkan bahwa 6 dari 8 parameter SUA Bening sesuai dengan Permenperin No. 26 Tahun 2019. Peningkatan kapasitas produksi dapat ditunjang dengan pengadaan mesin/peralatan, yaitu (1) 3 in 1 washing-filling-capping gallon machine, (2) Glass Bottle Washer, (3) Filling machine 600 ml, dan (4) Capping Machine. Rekomendasi mesin tersebut berdasarkan kebutuhan produksi di SUA Bening. Hal ini didasarkan atas hasil perencanaan tata letak pabrik menggunakan Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) dan perhitungan Total Closenest Rating (TCR). dc.description.abstractThe Bening Academic Business Unit (SUA) is a drinking water supply company under the TIN IPB Department. Increasing production capacity can be a way to improve the company's performance. Increased production capacity can be done by adjusting the capacity and specifications of machines, equipment, layout and buildings. This study aims to evaluate and formulate recommendations to adjust machine/equipment specifications, as well as factory layout, so that SUA Bening can increase production capacity. The design is in the form of developing machinery, equipment, and factory layout. The analysis was carried out based on Permenperin No. 26 of 2019 concerning the Indonesian National Standard for Mineral Water, Demineralized Water, Natural Mineral Water, and Mandatory Dew Drinking Water. The results of the checklist of mineral water production control parameters show that 6 of the 8 parameters of SUA Bening are in accordance with Permenperin No. 26 of 2019. The increase in production capacity can be supported by the procurement of machinery/equipment, namely (1) 3 in 1 washing-filling-capping gallon machine, (2) Glass Bottle Washer, (3) 600 ml Filling machine, and (4) Capping Machines. The machine recommendation is based on the production needs at SUA Bening. This is based on the results of the factory layout planning using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and the calculation of the Total Closeness Rating (TCR).
