determination of safety stock and reorder point as a reference for the precise order
time to the can supplier. The system is designed on Microsoft Excel software and
tested for feasibility and suitability to meet company needs through usability testing,
simulation, and interview. The results of usability testing show that the system is
classified as very feasible with an acceptance percentage of 90%. Through
simulation, the system is proven to be able to prevent stock outs compared to the
method used by the company. The system is well received by the company and its
implementation is expected to contribute to the improvement of the company’s
performance and service as a canning service provider for MSMEs.
