dc.description.abstractPermasalahan ekonomi saat ini sangat terlihat dari salah satu penggerak perekonomian Indonesia yaitu UMKM yang menunjukan bahwa UMK dan UMB berhenti beroperasi saat pandemi pada bulan Maret hingga Juli 2020 sebelum diberlakukannya New Normal. Salah satu UMKM yang masih menjalankan produksi di tengah pandemi adalah SwiTa yang fokus pada bidang fashion dengan produk utamanya yaitu sweater. Namun bisnis tidak lepas dari kelemahan, kendala, serta tantangan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan model bisnis yang menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan pengembangan bisnis tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk : (1) Mengidentifikasi kondisi bisnis yang sedang dijalani oleh SwiTa dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC), (2) Menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (SWOT) dari setiap elemen BMC yang ada pada SwiTa, (3) Merumuskan Strategi pengembangan bisnis yang perlu dijalankan oleh SwiTa berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT dari setiap elemen BMC SwiTa. Metode penelitian menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa SwiTa perlu menambahkan beberapa solusi pada elemen BMC yaitu Key Partner, Key Activities, Value Proposition, Customer Relationship, Channels, dan penyesuaian penambahan di beberapa aspek dengan mengatur Cost Structure kembali.id
dc.description.abstractEconomic problems now reflected from Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), which shows that MSEs and UMBs stopped operating during the pandemic in March to July 2020 before the New Normal was enacted. SwiTa is one of the MSME can still running production during the pandemic, that presents products in the fashion sector with sweater as the main product. However, running business will face with obstacle, weakness, and challenge. Because of that, strategy model needed in improving business development. The purpose of this research is: (1) Identificate SwiTa business condition with Business model canvas (BMC) approach, (2) Analyze strength, weakness, opportunities and threat (SWOT) in each BMC element of SwiTa, (3) Formulize a business development strategy that needs to be carried out by SwiTa based on the results of the SWOT analysis of each element of the SwiTa BMC. The research method uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT analysis. The results of this research can be concluded that SwiTa needs to add several solutions to the BMC elements, namely Key Partners, Key Activities, Value Propositions, Customer Relationships, Channels, and additional adjustments in several aspects by rearranging the Cost Structure.id
