dc.description.abstractKoperasi Kintap Mandiri Sejahtera merupakan koperasi binaan dari PT Arutmin Indonesia Tambang Kintap yang berada di Kalimantan Selatan. Koperasi ini bergerak pada bidang produk dan jasa, bidang usaha utamanya adalah Mawar Konveksi. Berdasarkan produksi yang dijalankan jumlah tenaga kerja di beberapa bidang tidak merata dan terjadi penumpukan deskripsi pekerjaan yang menyebabkan beban kerja yang diterima tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis beban kerja pada tenaga kerja dan menganalisis kebutuhan jumlah tenaga kerja. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Koperasi Kintap Mandiri Sejahtera pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Mei 2021. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Workload Analysis . Penentuan sampel menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan jenis pengambilan sampel sensus dan jumlah sampel 13 orang. Hasil Workload Analysis menunjukan, tenaga kerja pada bidang pembuatan dan pemotongan pola, penjahit, dan bordir termasuk dalam beban kerja tinggi. Sedangkan beban kerja pada bidang quality control termasuk dalam beban kerja normal. Jumlah tenaga kerja yang ideal pada bidang pembuatan dan pemotongan pola sebanyak 4 tenaga kerja, pada penjahit sebanyak 10 tenaga kerja, pada bordir sebanyak 3 tenaga kerja, dan pada quality control sebanyak 2 tenaga kerja.id
dc.description.abstractKintap Mandiri Sejahtera is a cooperative assisted by PT Arutmin Indonesia Tambang Kintap located in South Kalimantan. This cooperative is engaged in products and services, its main business field is Mawar Convection. Based on the production carried out the number of manpower in some fields is uneven and there is a buildup of job descriptions that causes a high workload received. This study aimed to analyze the workload on the manpower and analyze the needs of the number of manpower. The research was conducted at the Kintap Mandiri Sejahtera Cooperative from March to May 2021. This study used Workload Analysis method. The determination of the sample using non-probability sampling method with the type of sampling used census and sample number of 13 people. Based on the research, Workload Analysis showed that the manpower in the field of pattern making and cutting, tailoring, and embroidery was included in the high workload. Meanwhile, the workload in the field of quality control was included in the normal workload. The ideal number of manpower in the field of making and cutting patterns was 4 manpower, in tailors as many as 10 manpower, in embroidery as many as 3 manpower, and in quality control as many as 2 manpower.id
