dc.description.abstractKatuk depolarisasi adalah pakan tambahan yang biasa digunakan untuk meningkatkan produksi susu pada sapi perah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ransum yang mengandung katuk depolarisasi terhadap konsumsi pakan dan performa pertumbuhan pejantan Brahman Cross satu bulan setelah penggemukan feedlot. Perlakuan pakan meliputi ransum GGL (pakan kontrol), GGL ransum + 100 gram bubuk katuk, GGL ransum + 100 gram pelet katuk. Peubah yang diamati adalah konsumsi pakan segar, konsumsi bahan kering, bobot badan, pertambahan bobot badan harian dan konversi pakan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis uji T. Penambahan katuk depolarisasi pada ransum GGL tidak mempengaruhi konsumsi pakan (segar dan bahan kering), pertambahan bobot badan harian dan konversi pakan pejantan Brahman Cross satu bulan setelah penggemukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan katuk depolarisasi terhadap pertambahan bobot badan harian, konsumsi pakan segar, konsumsi bahan kering , dan konversi pakan relatif sama.id
dc.description.abstractDepolarized katuk is a feed additive commonly used for increasing milk yield in dairy cow. This study aimed to determine the effect of feeding ration containing depolarized katuk on feed consumption and growth performance of Brahman Cross bull one month after feedlot fattening. The feed treatments included GGL ration (control feed), GGL ration + 100 gram katuk powder, GGL ration + 100 gram katuk pellet. The variables observed were the feed consumption as fed and dry matter, body weight, daily body weight gain and feed conversion. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and t test analysis. The addition of depolarized katuk (Sauropus androgynus) on GGL ration did not affect the feed consumption (as fed and dry matter), daily body weight gain and feed conversion of Brahman Cross bull one month after fattening. The results showed that the addition of depolarized katuk on the performance of daily body weight gain, fresh feed consumption, dry matter consumption, and feed conversion were relatively the same.id
