dc.description.abstract | Nowdays consumers are more concern about food safety, therefore quality and food safety take the top place in food industri. Good Slaughtering Practices (GSP) and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedure (SSOP) are an integral component of process control and are often the first step in implemementation of food safety regulation. The objective of this research was to identified the evaluation of GSP and SSOP at C Class Slaugterhoues, to get NomorKontrol Veteriner (NKV) sertification. This research used descriptive analysis. Part of GSP and SSOP implementation has be done at slaugterhouse Sukabumi district but need to incrase facilities for efective and eficiency the GSP and SSOP implentation. Some of step Slaugther process has done match with GSP aspect but must incrase for better safety and quality. The result showed about 5,63-6,52 for value of pH.
