dc.description.abstractSapi bali merupakan sapi asli Indonesia yang memiliki potensi sebagai penghasil daging berkualitas. Metode non-invasif adalah metode yang digunakan untuk menduga karakteristik sifat kualitas karkas pada sapi bali khususnya Longissimus dorsi (L. dorsi). Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis regresi dan korelasi kualitas L. dorsi pada sapi bali secara invasif dan non-invasif. Data sapi bali yang digunakan sebanyak 46 ekor dengan umur 2,0-3,5 tahun. Metode invasif yaitu ternak dipotong dan metode non-invasif menggunakan citra ultrasonografi untuk mendapatkan sifat L. dorsi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Persamaan regresi diperoleh secara longitudinal (Y= 2,791 + 0,623X), transversal (Y= 3,586 +0,481X), dan gabungan (Y= 2,552 + 0,683X). Adapun nilai korelasi L. dorsiantara invasif dan non-invasif nyata (P<0,05) erat positif yaitu longitudinal (0,547),transversal (0,420), dan gabungan (0,538) pada sapi bali. Citra ultrasonografi dapatdigunakan untuk menduga sifat L. dorsi secara non-invasif.id
dc.description.abstractBali cattle are native Indonesian cattle that have the potential to produce quality meat. The non-invasive method is a method used to predict the characteristics of carcass quality in Bali cattle, especially Longissimus dorsi (L. dorsi). The purpose of this study was to analyze the regression and quality correlation of L. dorsi in bali cattle invasively and non-invasively. Bali cattle data used as many as 46 heads with the age of 2.0-3.5 years. Invasive methods, namely cutting and non-invasive methods using ultrasonographic images to obtain the properties of L. dorsi. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and continued with regression and correlation analysis. Regression equations were obtained longitudinally (Y= 2.791 + 0.623X), transversely (Y= 3.586 + 0.481X), and combined (Y= 2.552 + 0.683X). The correlation value of L. dorsi between invasive and non-invasive was significantly positive (P<0.05) and was closely positive, namely longitudinal (0.547), transverse (0.420), and combined (0.538) in Bali cattle. Ultrasonographic images can be used to predict the nature of L. dorsi non-invasively.id
