dc.description.abstractAyam kampung merupakan ayam kampung asli Indonesia yang keberadaannya sudah melekat di masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis performan produksi ayam kampung dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) pada pakan. Pengujian performa produksi dilakukan dengan menghitung konsumsi pakan, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi pakan, mortalitas dan income over feed and chick cost (IOFCC). Penelitian ini menggunakan 40 ekor ayam jantan umur 5 minggu yang dipelihara selama 5 minggu. Data diolah menggunakan analisis ragam (Anova) dan deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan yaitu P0 (tanpa penambahan tepung daun kelor), P1 (tepung daun kelor 2%), P2 (tepung daun kelor 4%), P3 (tepung daun kelor 6%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, performa produksi ayam kampung dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor taraf 2% memiliki nilai konversi pakan terbaik (2,64) dan nilai income over feed and chick cost (IOFCC) tertinggi (Rp9.181,92).id
dc.description.abstractThe kampong chicken is Indonesian native chicken whose existence is already attached to the community. This study aims to examine and analyze the production performance of kampong chicken with the addition of moringa leaf flour (Moringa oleifera) to the feed. Testing the production performance carried out by calculating feed consumption, body weight gain, feed conversion, mortality and income over feed and chick cost (IOFFC). This study used 40 roosters 5 weeks old that maintained for 5 weeks. The data is analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and descriptive. The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments, namely P0 (without the addition of moringa leaf flour), P1 (2% Moringa leaf flour), P2 (4% Moringa leaf flour), P3 (6% Moringa leaf flour). The results of this study showed, production performance of kampong chicken with the addition of moringa leaf flour at a level of 2% had the best feed conversion value (2,64) and the highest income over feed and chick cost (IOFCC) value (Rp9.181,92).id
