dc.description.abstractMeningkatnya wabah COVID-19 dan pemberlakuan work from home diberbagai perusahaan. Bank merupakan salah satu lembaga yang tetap beroperasi di masa pandemi dan persentase karyawan untuk melakukan WFO ditengah pandemi lebih banyak. Situasi krisis ini tentunya berdampak bagi kondisi psikologi pekerja dan permasalahan organisasi seperti kinerja. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik karyawan, menganalisis persepsi karyawan terhadap dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan, ketahanan karyawan dan kinerja serta pengaruh persepsi dukungan organisasi dan ketahanan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Karyawan Bank BNI KCU Bogor didominasi oleh karyawan laki-laki, dengan rentang usia 25-40 tahun berjumlah 60 karyawan, sebanyak 30 karyawan di unit marketing, memiliki masa kerja 6-10 tahun serta pengalaman kerja sebanyak 3-4 kali. Karyawan yang menjalani full work from office (wfo) mendominasi. Persepsi karyawan terhadap persepsi dukungan organisasi, resiliensi karyawan dan kinerja menyatakan setuju. Hasil analisis SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi serta resiliensi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.id
dc.description.abstractThe increasing outbreak of COVID-19 and the implementation of work from home in various companies. Banks are one of the institutions that continue to operate during the pandemic and the proportion of employees to do WFO in the midst of a pandemic is higher. With this crisis situation, it certainly has an impact on the psychological condition of workers and organizational problems such as performance. This study aims to identify employee characteristics, analyze employee perceptions, perceived organizational support, employee resilience and performance, and the effect of perceived organizational support and employee resilience on employee performance. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The employees of Bank BNI KCU Bogor are dominated by male employees, with an age range of 25-40 years, 60 employees, 30 employees in the marketing unit, 6-10 years of service, and 3-4 times work experience. Employees who undergo full work from office (wfo) dominate. Employees' perceptions of perceived organizational support, employee resilience and performance agree. The results of the SEM-PLS analysis show that the perception of organizational support and employee resilience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.id
