dc.description.abstractPandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan karyawan harus beradaptasi dengan kebiasaan baru mereka dalam bekerja. BPJS Ketengakerjaan Bogor Cileungsi, badan yang memfasilitasi layanan kepesertaan bagi tenaga kerja dan perusahaan, menetapkan kebijakan bekerja dengan kombinasi work from home (WFH) dan work from office (WFO) pada situasi ini. Kebijakan baru ini dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan responden sebanyak 38 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik iklim organisasi, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan. Namun, iklim organisasi tidak memoderasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, perusahaan perlu mempertahankan atau bahkan meningkatkan iklim organisasi, terutama komitmen karyawan karena memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor Cileungsi selama pandemi Covid-19.id
dc.description.abstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has caused the employee to adapt to their new habits at work. BPJS ketenagakerjaan Bogor Ciluengsi, an agency that facilitates participation services for workers and the company, establishes a working policy with a combination of work from home (WFH) and work from office (WFO) in this situation. This new policy can affect employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and organizational climate on employee performance. The sampling method used a saturation sampling with 38 respondents. The study uses descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS. The results showed that job stress has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational climate has a positif and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the better the organizational climate, the higher the employee’s performance. However, organizational climate does not moderate the effect of job stress on employee performance. Based on the research results, companies need to maintain or even improve organizational climate, especially employee commitment because it has a major influence on improving employee performance at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Bogor Cileungsi during the Covid-19 pandemic.id
