| dc.description.abstract | Pemanfaatan limbah pertanian dan hasil samping proses produksi agroindustri berpeluang untuk dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi pakan ternak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji kelayakan pendirian industri peternakan sapi yang menerapkan konsep eco-agroindustrial estate di Kalimantan Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis kelayakan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pendirian industri peternakan penggemukan sapi di kawasan penerapan food estate Kalimantan Tengah mendukung penerapan konsep eco-agroindustrial estate. Keberadaan industri peternakan sapi ini berperan untuk memanfaatkan dedak, kulit singkong, ampas tahu, jagung giling serta hijauan tanaman dari industri sebelumnya sehingga dapat membentuk sistem aliran tertutup. Daya dukung sumber pakan yang tersedia dari industri sebelumnya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan 36.000 ekor sapi tiap tahunnya. Dari sisi finansial, nilai R/C ratio yang diperoleh sebesar 1,23. Industri ini masih layak dijalankan dengan maksimum penurunan harga jual 20% atau peningkatan harga bahan baku maksimal 35%. | dc.description.abstract | The utilization of agricultural waste and by-products of the agro-industrial production process has the opportunity to be used as animal feed. The purpose of this study is to examine the feasibility of establishing a cattle farming industry that applies the concept of eco-agroindustrial estate in Central Kalimantan. The method used is a qualitative and quantitative method by conducting a feasibility analysis. The results obtained that the establishment of a cattle fattening livestock industry in the area of application of food estate Central Kalimantancan support the application of the concept eco-agro-industrial estate. The role of the cattle husbandry industry is to utilize bran, cassava peel, tofu dregs, milled corn and forage plants as feed to form a closed flow system. The carrying capacity of available feed sources from the previous industry can meet the needs of 36,000 head of cattle each year. From the financial analysis, the value of the R/C ratio obtained is 1.23. This industry is still feasible to run with a maximum selling price decrease of 20% or an increase in the price of raw materials to a maximum of 35%. This cattle farming industry is feasible to be developed based on technical and technological, financial and environmental analysis. | id |
