      Abstract

Chitosan and collagen are natural ingredients that are safe to use as a wound healing in human wounds. Utilization of nanoparticles in chitosan and collagen has the potential as wound medicine or wound healing. This study aims to determine the characteristics of commercial fish collagen hydrolyzate, determine the best concentration of commercial fish collagen hydrolyzate in fish-chitosan collagen hydrolyzate nanocomplex (NHKK) on particle size and polydispersity index, and antibacterial activity nanoparticles of fish-chitosan collagen hydrolyzate. Research using ANOVA with further testDuncan. NHKK formulation was carried out by mixing collagen hydrolyzate with concentrations (0.5%, 1%, 1.5%). The results showed that the best formulation was obtained at a concentration of 1.5% with a particle size of 106.02 nm and a polydispersity index of 0.29. The antibacterial activity in the best formulation was 6.6 mm, chitosan 7 mm and collagen hydrolyzate 6.81 mm. The characteristics of the collagen hydrolyzate used have a bending weight of 18.9 KDa and 13.2 KDa, the soluble protein content of the collagen hydrolyzate is 7.361 mgl/ml and the IC value50 99.42 g/mL
