      Pengaruh Interaksi Siswa-Guru dan Lingkungan Sekolah terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMA

      Abstract
      Motivasi adalah dorongan yang muncul dari dalam diri seseorang untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Namun motivasi tidak bisa muncul dengan sendirinya, perlu adanya dorongan baik dari luar maupun dalam diri seseorang agar motivasi dapat muncul. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi interaksi siswa-guru, lingkungan sekolah dan motivasi belajar pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Pengambilan contoh menggunakan non-probability sampling dengan cara voluntary sampling. Lokasi pada penelitian ini dilakukan di SMAIT Insantama Bogor dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 198 siswa berasal dari kelas 11 dan 12. Pengisian kuesioner melalui google form yang disebarkan secara online. Interaksi yang terbangun antara guru dan siswa mayoritas masih tergolong ke dalam kategori rendah. Kondisi lingkungan sekolah berdasarkan hasil penelitian tergolong cukup baik. Motivasi belajar responden tergolong kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan hubungan dan pengaruh positif signifikan antara interaksi siswa-guru dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar siswa.
       
      Motivation is an impulse to achieve certain goals. Motivation cannot emerge by itself, it needs encouragement from internal and external. The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of student-teacher interactions, school environment on learning motivation in high school students. This study used a cross sectional research design. Sampling was collected using non-probability and voluntary sampling. This study was carried out at SMAIT Insantama Bogor with a total of 198 students from grades 11 and 12. The questionnaires were filled in using google form which was distributed online. The interaction that is built between the teacher and the majority of students is still classified into the low category. The condition of the school environment based on the research results is classified as moderate. The learning motivation of the respondents belongs to the medium category. Research found that there was a significant positive relationship and effect between student-teacher interaction and the school environment on students' learning motivation.
