      Penjadwalan Distribusi Produk di PT X Menggunakan Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP)

      Abstract
      Distribusi merupakan kegiatan terakhir dari proses produksi, dimasa perusahaan berkompetisi untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dalam memenuhi permintaan. Salah satu metode penjadwalan distribusi yaitu dengan Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP), dengan tujuan mengefisienkan jumlah pemesanan produk, penjadwalan pemesanan, dan penghematan biaya. Teknik lot sizing yang digunakan adalah EOQ, POQ, dan LFL untuk menghindari stock out atau overstock karena akan mengganggu kepuasan konsumen. Metode peramalan permintaan dipilih dengan nilai MSD terkecil, sehingga Moving Average sebagai metode peramalan permintaan di periode yang akan datang. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode DRP Woksheet, didapatkan hasil bahwa DRP dengan lot sizing POQ penghematan biaya terbesar yaitu 18,859% atau Rp66.291.216 dari biaya aktual Rp345.842.856 menjadi Rp279.551.640. Metode penjadwalan DRP dengan teknik lot sizing POQ mampu menghemat atau mengefisienkan biaya distribusi
       
      Distribution is the last activity of the production process, when companies compete to increase satisfaction in compliting demand. One method of distribution scheduling is by Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), with the purpose to streamline the number of product ordering, order scheduling, and cost savings. The used lot sizing technique is EOQ, POQ, and LFL to avoid stock out or overstock because it will interfere with customer satisfaction. Demand forecasting method selected by the smallest MSD value, and then Moving Average selected as a method of forecasting demand in the next period. The DRP Woksheet calculation method, showed that the DRP with lot sizing POQ greatest cost savings or Rp66.291.216 ie 18.859% of the actual cost Rp345.842.856 be Rp279.551.640. The DRP scheduling method with the POQ lot sizing technique is able to save or streamline distribution costs.
