      Hubungan Kualitas Produk dengan Kepuasan Konsumen di Rumah Pemotongan Ayam Pak Yatno

      Abstract
      Rumah pemotongan ayam (RPA) merupakan kompleks bangunan dengan desain dan kontruksi khusus yang berfungsi sebagai tempat penyembelihan ayam hidup dan mengolah menjadi karkas siap konsumsi. RPA Pak Yatno adalah salah satu RPA yang berada di Kecamatan Bogor Utara yang menghasilkan karkas segar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan kualitas produk dengan kepuasan konsumen di RPA Pak Yatno. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, kemudian data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Tahapan analisis kuantitatif yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji regresi linear sederhana menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa kualitas produk bernilai positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Sig. < 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kepuasan konsumen akan meningkat sebesar 0,970 jika kualitas produk ditingkatkan sebesar satu satuan.
       
      Chicken house is a building complex with a special design and construction that works as a place for slaughtering live chickens and processing them into ready-to-eat carcasses. Pak Yatno RPA is one of the RPA located in North Bogor District that produces fresh carcasses. This study aims to analyze the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction at RPA Pak Yatno. The data were collected using a questionnaire guide, then the data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The stages of quantitative analysis are validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression test using SPSS software. The results of the analysis state that product quality has a positive value on consumer satisfaction (Sig. <0,05). This shows that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. consumer goals will increase by 0,970 if product quality is increased by one unit.
