dc.description.abstractAdanya pandemi COVID-19 mengakibatkan munculnya kebijakan work from home (WFH). Kebijakan WFH dapat menghilangkan batasan antara kehidupan pekerjaan dan keluarga sehingga konflik kerja-keluarga rentan muncul terutama di kalangan suami-istri bekerja. Interaksi keluarga yang baik dapat menjadi salah satu mediator bagi pasangan yang mengalami tingkat konflik kerja-keluarga yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja-keluarga dan interaksi keluarga terhadap kualitas perkawinan keluarga suami-istri bekerja di masa pandemi COVID-19. Responden penelitian berjumlah 65 keluarga dengan kriteria istri bekerja di sektor formal dan memiliki anak usia sekolah. Penelitian berlokasi di Kota Bogor dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode self administered dengan alat bantu kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama masa pandemi COVID-19, konflik kerja-keluarga yang dialami rendah, interaksi keluarga berada pada kategori sedang, dan kualitas perkawinan yang dimiliki tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif signifikan antara pendidikan suami, lama menikah, interaksi keluarga, dan kualitas perkawinan dengan konflik kerja-keluarga. Hasil uji regresi menunjukkan bahwa kualitas perkawinan dipengaruhi secara positif signifikan oleh lama menikah dan secara negatif signifikan oleh konflik kerja-keluarga.id
dc.description.abstractThe existence COVID-19 pandemic resulted in the emergence of a work from home (WFH) policy. Thus can remove the boundaries between work and family life, with the result that work-family conflicts emerge, especially among dual earner families. Good family interaction can be a mediator for couples who experience high levels of work-family conflict. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict and family interaction towards marital quality of dual earners family during the COVID-19 pandemic. Respondents in this study amounted to 65 people with the criteria of wife who works in the formal sector and has school-aged children. The study was located in the city of Bogor using a cross sectional study design. The method used in this study is the self administered method with an online questionnaire. The result showed that during the COVID-19 pandemic, work-family conflict experienced was low, family interactions were in the medium category, and the marital quality was high. Also, there is a significant negative relationship between husband’s education, duration of marriage, famliy interaction, and marital quality, with the work-family conflict. The regression test results show that marital quality was positively influenced by duration of marriage and negatively influenced by work-family conflict.id
