dc.description.abstractPT Jamsostek (Persero) adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang mengelola dana peserta (tenaga kerja) untuk program Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja. Ketika bertransformasi menjadi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, organisasi ini menjadi Badan Hukum Publik yang bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Presiden. Transformasi ini menyebabkan perubahan dalam beberapa faktor, di antaranya luasan (coverage). Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) menganalisis kondisi kepuasan kerja dan employee engagement karyawan berlaku di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, (2) Menganalisis perbedaan kepuasan dan engagement pada karyawan antara kantor pusat dan kantor wilayah (3) menganalisis hubungan kepuasan kerja dan employee engagement pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Metode pengolahan dan analisis data yang akan digunakan adalah Analisis Deskriptif, uji mann-whitney , dan analisis korelasi spearman rank. Hasil pada penelitian menunjukkan terdapat persamaan karyawan yang puas dan engaged antara kantor pusat dan kantor wilayah serta bahwa hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan employee engagement bernilai positif yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja dan employee engagement hubungan yang searah dan sangat kuatid
dc.description.abstractPT Jamsostek (Persero) is a state owned enterprise that manages the funds of the participant (labor) for the Social Security Program of labour. When transforming into BPJS employment, this organization becomes a public legal entity responsible directly to the President. This transformation causes changes in several factors, including extention. The research purpose to (1) To Analyze the conditions of job satisfaction and employee engagement at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, (2) ) To Analyze employee satisfaction and engagement between the head office and regional offices (3) to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Data processing and analysis methods will used are descriptive analysis, Mann-Whitney test and spearman rank correlation.The results the similarity of satisfied and involved employees between the head office and regional offices as well showed that there is and that the relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement is positive, it can be concluded that the job satisfaction and employee engagement a unidirectional and very strong relationship.id
