This study obtained to evaluate the nutrition content of local feeds which are commonly used by farmer and observed differences of the egg production, physical quality of eggs, chemical composition of egg yolk (protein, fat and fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6) in of five villages in District Alabio South Kalimantan. This experiment used survey method and observation with descriptive analysis. Twelve farmers was used this study and 12 sample of feed and 10 eggs for farmers. The variables observed were profiles of farmers, nutrient content of feed, egg production, the physical quality of eggs and the chemical content of egg yolk. The results showed that the local feed of Alabio ducks contained 10%-18% crude protein, 0.63%-11.55% crude fat, 2.67%- 9.55% calcium, and 0.23%-0.69% phosfor. Most of the ration were given to have a low protein content so that it impact on production and low quality of eggs. The results showed that the physical quality of eggs indicate that egg weight 62.6-66.05 g egg-1, egg index 76.63-77.94 and yolk color score 8.85-13.95. Protein of yolk color 10.72%- 16.67%, fat of yolk color 24.94%-35.95%. omega-3 and omega-6 ratio at 1: 6.56.
