dc.description.abstractPublic Relations have implemented communication strategies to increase the image. Communication strategies is achieved through three of approaches, such as educative and persuasive approach, public relations social responsibility approach, and cooperation approach. This study using a quantitative approach that supported by qualitative data, and SWOT analyze to determine the strategies which must to implemented through the relationships between the characteristics of the tourists characteristics and Public Relations activity with the image of Sentulfresh Education Farm which is the result of the assessment of the constituent visitors tour. Statistical analysis showed that the variables of education level, frequency arrival, frequency of PR activities and strength of the message associated with the image of Sentulfresh Education Farm. SWOT analysis calculations show that the Public Relations Education Farm Sentulfresh must aggressive strategy in order to optimize the strengths and to utilize the opportunitiesid
