dc.description.abstractBaby French Farmer Group is a potential onfarm common beans business undergo by a farmer groups located in Lembang, Bandung Barat Residence. The business’ current condition indicates that it’s in the mature phase, thus is order to avoid the decline phase in the future, it is important to lengthen the mature phase by developing the business.This research aims to identify the internal and external environments key factors, formulating the potential strategies and alternate the strategies’ priorities as the result.The data was collected by using judgemental sampling from four selected respondents whose in charge of the decision making process. Descriptive and strategy formulation were used as the data analysis method. The IFE Matrix generates the result that the business is indicating an average internal condition, and EFE Matrix generates the result that the business is having a good position to respond the external environment. Six alternative strategies were generated based on the SWOT Matrix, and the top priority’s strategy showed by QSP Matrix was to make a well-compiled business agreement in order to minimise the risk of the number of rejected products.id
