Evaluasi Kelayakan Usaha Pembenihan Ikan Patin Pada Ilyas Afif Farm Kecamatan Dramaga Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

Feasibility analysis catfish hatcheries of Ilyas Afif Farm is the basis for assessing whether the cost of the investments made feasible run or not, gives an overview of the business prospect and how likely benefit from these efforts. The analysis shows that non-financial aspects of catfish hatcheries is feasible both from the aspect of the market, management, legal, and social aspect of the environment because it has occupy the criteria of feasibility. The analysis shows that the financial aspect of Ilyas Afif Farm is feasible with NPV value of 275 705 773 IDR, IRR 35%, the value of the Net B/C is 2.69 and value of payback periode 4 years and 4 moths. Based on the analysis of switching value is found that the magnitude of the maximum tolerance of the components of silk worms feed price increase by 107.69% and the decrease is in amount of 16.67%.
