IMTA (Integrated Multi Thropic Aquaculture) is a aquaculture system that integrates several organisms and focuses on the trophic level differences of each organism. IMTA will be able to improve the quality of the water and of course have a direct impact on survival rate, stocking density and increase the growth rate. The research was using completely randomized design at many treatments in the form of initial stocking density difference between freshwater giant prawns and tambakan that UG20TM50 20 prawns/m2 and 50 tambakan/m2, UG20TM100 20 prawns/ m2 and 100 tambakan/ m2. Each treatment was repeated three times. The best treatment Based on 60 days cultivation was UG20TM50 with the survival rate of freshwater giant prawn (75.83±6.29%), spesific growth rate (3.02±0.16%), total production (3065.44±79.95g) and survival rate of tambakan (80±1.32%) spesific growth rate (2.94±0.25%) and total production (10723.47±975.21g), and supported by a temperature (28.90–31.67°C), pH (6.50– 7.87), DO (4.08–5.7 mg/L), ammonia (0.00010–0.0413) mg/L.
