dc.description.abstractBirds chirping canary become the most popular pet among other domesticated birds chirping reached 424,000 head in Java and Bali is based on research conducted by Jepson and Ladle (2006). One cultivators canary in Bogor is Mr. Asep Permana who named his ranch Asoy D'Canary. The opportunity to meet the demand of a fellow hobbyist encourage businesses to conduct business. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of cultivation canary with business case studies Asoy D'Canary review of aspects of nonfinancial and financial aspects. Based on the results of the analysis showed that the nonfinancial aspects of the business Asoy D'Canary feasible, because there are no factors that inhibit the production activities Asoy D 'Canary from every aspect. While based on the analysis of the financial aspects of the cultivation of canary Asoy D 'Canary worth the effort with the value of the investment criteria of Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 406,175,581, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C) of 2.45, the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) 29.11, Payback Period (PP) is 4.06. Maximum limit changes to decrease the amount of production and the increase in feed costs, respectively 44,08 and 390,64 percent.en
