| dc.description.abstract | Cyber Extension is one of agricultural innovation communication network development mechanism wich is programmed effectively to gather research, development, and assessment institution with instructors, preceptors, farmers, and other stakeholders wich every each one has different information requirement resulting synergistic and complementary act. The aim of this study is to formulate development system strategy so that it can enhance the existing system. Analysis Method used in this study was Force Field Analysis, the purpose of using this method was to identify driving forces and resisting forces factor to determine the strategy that strengthen the driving forces and weakend the resisting forces.
