dc.description.abstractWaroeng Taman is one of the restaurants in Bogor which has been operating for 13 years. Growth of culinary business made business competition become higher. Therefore, Waroeng Taman needs to develop in order to grow and exist in industry. This study was conducted with the theory of development strategy by Fred R. David. This study started from May to September 2014. The objectives of this study are to analyze internal and external business factors, and also to formulate business development strategy of Waroeng Taman. This study employed IFE matrix, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix, and QSP matrix. Results showed that Waroeng Taman is in grow and build stage. There are 7 alternative strategies that could be applied by Waroeng Taman. Strategy with main priority is to create a website or social media account as a promotional tool and information dissemination.en
