dc.description.abstractBalai Perbenihan Tanaman Hutan Jawa Madura (BPTHJM) has the task of carrying out the preparation of plans, certification and accreditation of seed and nursery, seed source management, monitoring, circulation and distribution of seeds and seedlings of forest plants, and seed testing information . The purpose of this study (1). Find the motivation to work BPTHJM (2). Know the productivity of employees in BPTHJM (3). Identifying the relationship between work motivation and productivity of employees in BPTHJM. Based on the results of the analysis of respondents assessment of the factors of employee motivation and productivity can be concluded that the relatively good level of motivation and good productivity. Results of other studies indicate that motivational factors related to employee productivity is clearly a factor performance, recognition and appreciation factor, salary, working conditions, working relationships between superiors and subordinates on BPTHJM. While the motivational factors that do not have a real relationship on employee productivity BPTHJM is the job retention it self, given responsibility, potential development, regulations and policies and relationships between co-workers.en
