Analisis pendapatan dan efisiensi teknis usahatani ubi kayu desa galuga kecamatan cibungbulang kabupaten Bogor
Abstract
Kemudian rata-rata efisiensi teknis petani sebesar 65.5 persen. Oleh karena itu, usahatani ubi kayu di Desa Galuga dapat dikatakan masih kurang efisien Cassava is one of the important food crops in Indonesia because it is relatively easily cultivated and also contain carbohydrates that can be used as a substitute for rice. Galuga village selected for the study because it is one of the largest cassava production center in Bogor Regency. The purpose of this study are to determine the Performance, level of income, as well as the technical efficiency of cassava farming in the Galuga village. The performance farming analyzed descriptively, farming income using the ratio of R/C, and technical efficiency using OLS (Ordinary Least Square) and MLE (Maximum Like-lihood Estimated). The analysis result of the performance farming in terms of cultivation farming still needs to be addressed at the stage of land preparation, planting, and fertilizing. Farmers' income over cash and total costs are positive. The ratio of R/C on cash cost is 12.35 and the total cost is 1.67. So it can be said that cassava farming in Galuga village is profitable. Then the average technical efficiency of farmers is 65.5 percent. Therefore, cassava farming in the Galuga village can be said is less efficient.
