Analisis Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Tanaman Hias Pada Godong Ijo Nursery Kelurahan Cinangka Sawangan Depok

Abstract

Plant ornamental horticulture is one commodity that has considerable contribution in the development of agriculture in Indonesia. Ornamentals (floriculture) is an agribusiness product are now being develop. In Indonesia ornamental plants can grow well, but cultivated ornamental plants adapted to the natural condition of each region. One of the areas in Indonesia, which became centers of ornamental plants in West Java. West Java itself has several centers of ornamental plants such as Bandung, Cianjur, Sukabumi, Karawang, Bekasi, Garut, Depok, and Bogor. Ornamental plants are cultivated in the centers of ornamental plants are composed of various types ranging from ornamental plants cut flowers, ornamental plants cut leaves, leaves of ornamental plants in pot, and ornamental plants in the garden. Godong Ijo Nursery is one of the companies engaged in the agribusiness plants located at KM 10 Jalan Raya Cinangka, Sawangan District, Depok Municipality. Godong Ijo Nursery incorporated in KUBA (Agribusiness Business Group) under the auspices of the department of agriculture in Depok. With a land area of ±2.5 hectares Godong Ijo Nursery has grown with the type of commodities that selenium. Total weighting on the IFE matrix totaled 3.331, which mean the company’s internal situation Godong Ijo is at a level above the average. EFE matrix weighting the total amounted to 3.296, which mean the company able to take advantage of opportunities and avoid threats well.
