dc.description.abstractFormulation of business plan is required to simplify and clarify the ilustration for starting a business. This business plan of cardamom is created to increase production of it in Indonesia and make farmers prosperous. This research using RRA method. The type of data are primary and secondary. They are collected by using an observation, interview and literature. Data analysis in this research are qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive data analysis. In marketing aspect, this business is planned to meet the needs of foreign markets. In Production aspect, this business prepares the fresh product becames intermediate product by producing 4.8 tons each month. In establishing this business, decided cooperative as enterprise, where the members of cooperative are cardamom farmers in Bogor. Financial aspects result that NPV obtained at Rp3 558 849 000, Net B/C obtained at 2.31, IRR obtained at 73 %, and payback period obtained fourty days. Economic impacts and benefits of cardamom drying business establishment are increase the economic of farmers, increase the local and regional economic, and developing regions, especially Bogor.en
