dc.description.abstractBukit Air Resto is an individual-own enterprise in therestaurant competition in Bogor city. Business Bukit Air Resto has been established since 2011 and located in Ciomas, Bogor. However, the location is less strategic and the market potential in 2014 initiates the enterprise to open the branch in the more strategic location, which is on Jalan Dr Sumeru Cilendek, Bogor. The purpose of this study is to analyse the feasibility of business Bukit Air Resto branch Cilendek both financially and nonfinancially. Based on the results of the nonfinancial feasibility analysis (market aspect, technical aspect, and aspect of management and legality) showed that Bukit Air Resto branch Cilendek was feasible to run. Bukit Air Resto branch Cilendek was also financially feasible(NPV = Rp 1 503 663 844, Net B/C = 1.8, IRR = 19 percent, dan Payback Period = 6months1year).Sensitivity analysis was performed and resulted in the business sensitivity to output decrease. The result of switching value analysis showed that the maximum increase of fresh chicken price was 50.29 percent and the chicken menu sales decrease was 17.1 percent.en
