| dc.description.abstract | Rumah Sutera is a business that produce cocoon, cocoon is the final product from silkworm cultivating. This study aimed at analyzing without development and with development feasibility of produce cocoon from the non-financial aspects and financial aspects, and at finding out its switching value. Analize result from financial aspect with development of without development if buying the mulberry leaves show that the bussuness have appropriateness to be run. The analyse result without development the net present value is Rp29 137 225, the net B/C is 1.54, Internal Rate of Return 14 percent, and the payback periode are 6 years and 7 months. If with development, Net Present Value Rp364 063 503.3, Net B/C 3.52, Internal Rate of Return of 40 percent, Payback Periode of 3 years and 10 months.
