dc.description.abstractThere are several brands of soy sauce market that dominate the national market however there are also many local-scale soy sauce company that control of certain areas in Indonesia. CV Maja Menjangan is one of the companies that helped to enliven the small-scale soy sauce industry in West Java. The purpose of this research is to analyze the development feasibility that are going to be performed of CV MM. The research was conducted at the CV MM in the Majalengka Sub-District. Data analysis method which is used on this research is qualitative and quantitative method. Qualitative analysis is used to analyze feasibility based on non-financial aspect such as market aspect, technical aspect, management and law aspect, and also social and environmental aspect. Quantitative analysis is used to analyze feasibility of financial aspect based on investment criteria and switching value analysis. The result of this feasibility analysis shows that soy sauce business in the pre and post development condition in CV MM is feasible to run.en
