dc.description.abstractSoybean is one of the most three important food after rice and corn. The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics, decision-making processes, attitudes, satisfaction, and loyalty of farmers in the use of improved varieties of soybean seeds in the village Sukasirna. The method of analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis method, multiatribut Fishbein, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Loyalty Pyramid. Based on Fishbein multiatribut obtained Dapros soybean seed is the seed of improved varieties preferred by farmers compared Grobogan and Orba. Based on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) has been obtained by the farmer respondents were satisfied with the performance of improved varieties of soybean seed attributes Dapros compared Grobogan and Orba. Based on the analysis of customer loyalty, loyal farmer respondents terdahap superior varieties of soybean seed Dapros compared Grobogan and Orbaen
