dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to identify the characteristics, the purchase decision process, attitude, satisfaction, and loyalty of farmers in the village use the corn seed hybrid Bisi-2 in the West Gadu. This study used a descriptive analysis method, multiatribut Fishbein, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and loyalty pyramid. The results of the characteristics of farmers sex male, 60-69 years old, married, primary school education level, corn farming as the main occupation, with the motivation to make a profit with high yields, Fishbein multiatribut analysis showed hybrid corn seed Bisi-2 more preferably from corn seeds P2 and guluk -guluk. Results of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) on hybrid corn seed Bisi-2 are satisfied by 72 percent. The results of the analysis of customer loyalty on corn seed Bisi-2 are included in the loyal category. | en |
