dc.description.abstract | Land tenure is one of the terms in the agrarian structure refers to the effective tenurial. For rural people who majority work in agriculture, the land becomes a thing that valuable. This allows the layering of society based on the rule of the land. This study aims to describe the influence of external factors and internal factors to the mastery of the land of the hamlet Margajaya and the hamlet of Karanglo, describes the form and indicators of social stratification of the Margajaya hamlet and the Karanglo hamlet, as well as analyze the effect of land tenure to social stratification of the Margajaya hamlet and the Karanglo hamlet. This research carried out in the Margajaya hamlet and the Karanglo hamlet, Tonggara village uses the quantitative method supported a qualitative data. The results showed that internal factors do not affect the land tenure in both hamlets. Both the village has three forms of stratification, i.e. poor, medium, rich, with an each indicators. Land tenure impact significantly to social stratification in both hamlets. | en |
