| dc.description.abstract | The problem that happen on growth spiny lobster Panulirus homarus are high of mortality and cannibalism rate because of adaptation lobster is not done before puting in floating net cages. This research was conducted to determine effect of using dfferent shleter materials to survival rate on nursery activities in indoor system. Materials shelter that used were PVC, net and control (without shelter). This research used completely randomized design and consisted of three treatments with two replications. A total 95 lobster’s seed kept at fiber of 1000 liters of water, reared for 70 days. The feed was trash fish. The feed that given refer to feeding rate (FR) of 10% biomass. Feed given one time a day. The result showed application of PVC’s shelter provide the highest survival, growth weight and lenght growth. Application of PVC’s shelter has 65,26±1,49% of survival rate, 5,72±0,60 gram growth seight and 10,43±0,15 cm lenght growth. | en |
