dc.description.abstractTempe is one of many Indonesian traditional food that highly nutritious. The aim of this research was to analyze the feasibility of the 2 scales of tempe business wich are above 100 kg/day scale of business and below 100 kg/day scale of business. Analysis method used was non financial analysis method such as market aspects, technical aspects, management aspects, and legal aspects, social and environmental aspects. Financial analysis was determined by some criterias such as NPV, IRR, Net B/C and Payback Period. Switching value analysis conducted to measure the change of the price increase and decrease in soybean production. The result showed that both of the two scales of tempe business were feasible. The result of switching values analysis showed that on both scales the decreasing of production had more impact on/ was more affecting business feasibility than that of the increasing of soybean price.en
