Entrepreneurship well known which provide to make competent human resources. Entrepreneurship has relation with developing SMEs. SMEs is classified according to the kind, such as soybean products SMEs. Bogor has many soybean products SMEs. The entrepreneurs must have modernity entrepreneuship attitude to develop the business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of modernity entrepreneurship attitude towards the success of soybean SMEs unit in Bogor Regency. Simple random sampling in proportional is used. The results showed that the attributes of modernity entrepreneurship attitude that are reflected on the entrepreneurs who make tempe are innovative, hardwork, respect for time, and individual responsibility, besides for the entrepreneurs who make tofu are innovative, hardwork, respect for time, achievement motivation, self-confidence, and individual responsibility. Attribute the success of the business that are reflected in the entrepreneurs who make tempe and tofu are increasing of consumer and profit. Modernity entrepreneurship attitude significantly influenced on the success of the business by using Partial Least Square analysis tools.
