Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze changes in the landscape, the structure of land tenure, farming patterns and their effects on quality of life of farm households in the village Klaces. This study was conducted using quantitative methods with qualitative methods are supported. Landscape changes that occurred in Laguna Segara Anakan caused by a wide variety of complex reasons. Along with the narrowing Segara Anakan, led to changes in the landscape of natural resources and the resources that the new agrarian land arise. Sea village community must lose their livelihoods that rely on these waters. xiii Most of them then began to switch professions, becoming farmers use the land as the land is raised. Based on the results penellitian and calculations, the structure of land tenure has a negative correlation, the correlation is very weak and not significant with the level of quality of life in terms of material and household patterns affecting farming has a very weak relationship, not the direction and not significant to the household level in terms of quality of life material. This is because the contribution of land arising in the agricultural sector is very small against the total income of farm households is associated with quality of life of farm households. The structure of land tenure has a positive relationship, a strong and significant correlation with the level of quality of life of households and non-material aspects of farming patterns have enough correlation, the direction and significant impact on the level of quality of life of farm households in terms of non-material. Farmers have a high social relationships with fellow farmers, saprotan providers, government officials village, and the villagers.
