Analisis Perilaku Wanita Wirausaha Terhadap Kredit (Studi Kasus Lingkar Kampus Institut Pertanian Bogor)

Abstract

Women in Lingkar Kampus area of Bogor Agricultural University have a big role in the entrepreneurship development regarding most of the entrepreneurs in this area consist of women with the proportion 3:1 to men. Credit is one of factor that able to help the women in developing their business. Mitra Agribisnis initiative by giving credit to the women in Lingkar Kampus area may cause certain entrepreneurial responses which are needed to be researched for further credit system development. The research conducted with the objectives to analyze the women entrepreneur’s characteristic, behavior, behavior toward credit from Mitra Agribisnis initiative, and also the relations among those variables. The data is being treated using the Rank Spearman correlation test with the value of α = 0.1 to find out about the relation between the characteristic and the behavior of women entrepreneur. The result shows that the individual characteristics and the entrepreneurship characteristics influence the behavior of women entrepreneur. There is also negative correlation between the entrepreneurship behavior and the behavior toward credit.
