dc.description.abstractManat Putera restaurant is one of the restaurants in the District Banjarsari, Ciamis Regency. Rapidly development of the restaurant business, will increase competition in grabbing the attention of customers. The purpose of this study to determine the characteristics, performance and importance, customer satisfaction with the marketing mix attributes Manat Putera restaurant. The results of the characteristics analysis of respondents Manat Putera restaurant is the most visited respondent male sex (56 percent), aged 31-40 years (40 percent), location of residence outside the district (52 percent), married status (77 percent), the status of undergraduate education (32 percent), working as a teacher / lecturer (32 percent), revenue per month over 5 million rupiahs. IPA analysis results, the attributes that need to be improved is the price, discounts, promotion, hospitality and courtesy waiters, menu presentation speed, alertness waitresses, and parking facilities. The results of the CSI analysis valued at 72.18 percent was found that overall customer satisfaction. Overall customers who visit feel satisfied but a decrease in the number of visitors is based on the observation due to the inability to provide facilities restaurant parking lot and extensive visitor habits that are too long to eat and rest at Manat Putera restaurant.en
