The aim of this research was to analyze haematological characteristics to relative percent survival in anti-KHV DNA-vaccinated common carp by feed with different frequencies. The stage of study were cultivation of DNA vaccine-containing bacteria (Escherichia coli DH5α) in liquid LB tripton + amphicylin medium, oral vaccination at doses 7.6 ng (equal to bacterial density 108 cfu/mL) in common carp with average body weight 10.22±1.88 gram, and challenge test by intramuscular-injecting KHV amount 0.1 mL/fish (10-2 dilution). There were five different treatments: namely one time vaccination (treatment A), two times vaccination (treatment B), three times vaccination (treatment C), positive control, and negative control. The results showed that although the number of total leukocyte count, total erythrocyte count, and lymphocyte was increased and the number of monocyte and thrombocyte was decreased on treatment A, B, and C, but the best treatment was showed by treatment C with the highest relative percent survival of 84,6%.
