Vegetables is one of the organic agricultural products of environmental friendly nature and get closer to nature concept, so as to provide a good quality assurance compared to conventional vegetables. Besides having the advantages of environmentally friendly farming organic vegetables have a pretty big obstacle is the high level of risk, including the risk of production. The purpose of this study was to analyze the activities of specialization and develop alternative strategies commodity diversification by presenting the right combination to reduce the magnitude of the risk of farming in the specialization of activities.
