| dc.description.abstract | This research was held on September 2012 until May 2013. The research aims to identify working condition of Mr.BrownCo in Bogor city by analyzing overall variables that have been identified. Formulating alternative strategy that is appropriate to apply in the development of the work. Respondent determination was done on internal party for two persons, the external party for one person, and ten consumers. Data analysis that has been used in this research are: IE analysis, SWOT, and OSPM. The analysis result shows Mr.BrownCo is in the stage of Grow and Developing. The Strategy that should be done to develop the business by strategy prioritizing is to open Mr.BrownCo new branches in out of Bogor city, doing promotion by using technology that is available (online marketing), also taking part in bazaar activities or exhibitions and cooperate with radio and television ,locally or nationally to introduce the products of Mr.BrownCo. Increasing consumer loyalty by keeping and enhancing products qualities, also always making new innovation, make or offering affordable package, and to give free internet (wifi) facility for the customers. | en |
