dc.description.abstractThe magnitude of the potential and opportunities in cultivation freshwater ornamental fish in Indonesia has attracted many companies and individual farmers to take benefit from it. CV Vizan Farm is one who breed and cultivate freshwater ornamental fish. The number of farmers who quickly increasing made the competition will be more rigorous and demanding Vizan Farm to formulate policies and choose the right business strategy. The purpose of this research is to analyze the internal and external environment factors, formulating alternative business strategies, and set priorities of business strategies which can be applied by Vizan Farm. Internal and external environments are analyzed using the IFE and EFE. Business strategy formulation made with IE and SWOT matrix. Priority strategies selected the method of QSP matrix. Based on the scores IE matrix, business positions of vizan farm are in second cell, which means the business is in a state of being average internal and strong external conditions and Vizan Farm business can be described as a growing business and building. The result obtained QSPM highest strategic priority is to evaluate the operational costs in order to make efficiencies.en
