Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Kecap Manis pada Perusahaan Kecap Banyak Mliwis di Kabupaten Kebumen Jawa Tengah
Abstract
Food processing industry in Indonesia has grown. One of growing food processing industry is soy sauce processing industry. Soy sauce is a product processed from soybeans. One of local company is Kecap Banyak Mliwis. Kecap Banyak Mliwis producing soy sauce since 1972 and located in Kebumen, Central Java. Kecap Banyak Mliwis company facing some problems. The purpose of this study is to identify the internal and external environment, formulating strategic alternatives, and recommends more strategic priorities. Analytical tool suitable for research purposes is a matrix IFE, EFE matrix, IE matrix, SWOT matrix and matrix QSPM. IFE matrix produced seven strengths and five weaknesses. EFE matrix produced seven opportunities and five threats. IE matrix shows that Kecap Banyak Mliwis company is in quadrant II, this position is described as a position to grow and build. SWOT matrix produced six strategic alternatives for the company. Based Matrix QSPM, the best strategy is to increase the ability of employees in managerial, accounting and technology in order to improve the performance of the company.
