Independent broiler farmers in Bogor District are generally characterized by small scale and face capital constraints, simple cultivation technology, less resource management, price and production risks. These constraints and limitations in broiler business will give an impact on farmers’ income. High risk of broiler raising leads to the needs of knowledge in minimizing the risk. One effort to minimize the risk of broiler business is partnership program. This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of partnership run by CV. Barokah with partner farmers, (2) analyze the characteristics of independent and partner farmers, and (3) analyze the income of partner and independent farmers. Farm management analysis was conducted using primary and secondary data. The results showed that the partnerships could provide benefits to farmers by providing production inputs, technical guidance on broiler raising and buying the products. Characteristics of partner and independent farmers were not much different. These characteristics include age, gender, education, and experience of broiler raising. Income analysis showed that partner farmers’ income was greater than independent farmers’ income. Thus, the partnership can provide benefits to farmers in increasing income.en
