dc.description.abstractIncreasing service quality of Langgeng Mulyo Agricultural Cooperative is needed to develop agribusiness system of pineapple in Ngancar. This study was aimed to explain the roles of Langgeng Mulyo Agricultural Cooperative in developing pineapple agribusiness in Ngancar Village and to measure the service quality of this cooperative. The main roles of Langgeng Mulyo Agricultural Cooperative are introducing a new variety of pineapple and helping farmer in finance. The results of SERVQUAL analysis showed that cooperative has not satisfied the members in every dimension of service quality whereas the biggest unsatisfaction was in emphaty dimension which attribute is moral and material support for the loss harvested pineapple farmers. However, the members are quite loyal to the cooperative although the cooperative has not fulfilled their expectations yet. Therefore, the Langgeng Mulyo Agriculture Cooperative is still needed in developing pineapple agribusiness and will be more effectively if its service quality be increased.en
