dc.description.abstractCiampea is one of the main areas centre broiler production in Bogor Regency. Fluctuation product in Ciampea indicates production risk. The risk analysis of broiler chicken production is investigated by using primary and secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis by using qualitative data and quantitative. Then risk analysis by using quantitative data. Based on the observation in the research site, risk sources of broiler chicken are disease, climate, pest, and quality of DOC. Disease outbreaks is the risk sourcethat probably happens and the biggest effect that is 46% and at least Rp15 628 053. The risk mapping result shows that disease, climate and DOC can be solved with preventive strategy.en
